Order Processing & Production

All Aurlet jewellery is part of our ready inventory and does not involve customization.

Each order undergoes a standard preparation process, including:

• Quality inspection
• Packaging and documentation
• Dispatch readiness

Orders are processed within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Within India:

Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.

All timelines are indicative and may vary based on logistics, location, and external factors beyond Aurlet’s control.

Aurlet works with trusted logistics and courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Conditions & External Factors

While Aurlet ensures timely processing and dispatch, delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural events or unforeseen disruptions
• Airway or transportation delays
• Customs clearance procedures (for international shipments)
• Local courier or last-mile delivery issues
• Public holidays or regional restrictions

Such delays, if they occur, are considered operational limitations and do not constitute a service failure.

Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of order placement.

Aurlet is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery
• Refusal to accept the shipment

International Shipping & Duties

For international orders:

Delivery Completion

An order is considered successfully delivered once:

• It has been delivered to the provided address, and
• A delivery confirmation is received from the courier partner

Risk and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
