Every Aurlet piece is created with careful material selection and considered craftsmanship. While our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, its longevity also depends on how it is worn and cared for over time.

Warranty Coverage

Aurlet offers a limited repair support period from the date of purchase, applicable under the following conditions:

• Repairs are assessed individually, based on the condition of the piece
• Support is provided only where the structure and material allow restoration
• The extent of repair depends on wear, usage, and physical damage

Aurlet reserves the right to determine whether a piece is eligible for repair.

What Is Not Covered

• No returns, refunds, or replacements are offered once a purchase is completed
• Damage caused by:
• Impact, bending, or breakage
• Improper handling or storage
• Natural wear beyond reasonable use
• Pieces that are severely altered, damaged, or structurally compromised may not qualify for repair

Repair Consideration

Where possible, Aurlet may offer:

• Minor structural corrections
• Surface-level refinements

However, restoration is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the condition of the piece at the time of evaluation.

A Note on Wear

Gold, especially in lower karats like 6K–14K, is selected for durability but will naturally evolve with use. Subtle changes in finish, texture, or form are part of its lifecycle and not considered defects.
